Being a network-based institution, all of our engagements are collaborative in nature. Collaborative engagement is the mode where all the collaborators choose to stick to a semi-structured or fully structured project mode. These engagements usually have a definite start and end in terms of timeline.

This fellowship was received by our network member, Monisha Damodaran. Through this fellowship, Monisha’s idea was to explore and document different types of Bidri work and patterns under each, including the Bidribidri craft practices that are not practiced today. This fellowship was received by our maintainer/network member/Director Eeshita Kapadiya. Eeshita’s proposed inquiry was to look at the evolution of the village/community police system(The Dalapathi tradition) and highlight the community-centric ideals it represents as well as its relationship with the urban police system in Bidar.
